I would personally like to say a heartfelt thank you to Melissa, Martin, and the entire team.

From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble for us as a family. From ensuring Jonathan was laid to rest with the utmost dignity, to arranging for his grandchildren’s pictures to be hand-delivered for Grandad to see, every detail was handled with such care.

Melissa genuinely cared. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Martin and his team carried that same compassion through the day itself. They conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, dignity, and respect, while also showing genuine care for our family. They honoured Jonathan’s wishes and guided him on his final journey with the respect he so deserved.

Steve Jones the funeral director was especially helpful throughout the process, from the initial meeting to the ceremony itself. I also thought the celebrant, Debbie Byrom, did a very good job, setting the right tone.

Very impressed with the service they provided, Pat at the office very caring and supportive along with Martyn and his team, gave my husband the send off he truly deserved. Thank you Liz.x
